Essential Job
Responsibilities:
The Coordinator is responsible for the effective supervision of Field Supervisors.
Monitors the daily activity of Field Supervisors to ensure that services are being provided to clients in accordance with state regulations.
Responsible for the direct supervision of Field Supervisors
Responsible for the direct supervision of Recruiter/Dispatcher for attendant services.
Responsible for QA audits of Field Supervisor visit notes to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Responsible for processing of DADS and HMO updates to ensure correct steps are being followed.
Responsible for scheduling all Field Supervisor visits and assure timely completion according to determined frequency.
Acts as liaison for Field Supervisors in communicating with both DADS and HMO case workers
Assists Administrator in the development and presentation of staff training relating to program requirements to newly hired Field Supervisors as well as current employees.
Assist clients by providing instructions regarding DADS eligibility requirements.
Assists payroll department in accurate documentation of missed time.
Acts as liaison for payroll department and Field Supervisors in the resolution of attendant time sheet issues.
Responsible for the research and resolution of billing problems relating to clients' loss of eligibility.
Communicates with Agency Administrators, and Directors to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions. Must be sensitive to the needs of the aged and disabled and conscientious about servicing client's needs. Knowledgeable of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program. Ability to handle crisis
situations as well as do problem solving intervention. Ability to process time sensitive material in a timely manner.
Education and
Experience:
A Coordinator must: (a) Be a licensed nurse (or) (b) Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited College or University. An individual with a high school diploma or general equivalence diploma (GED) may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college. Minimum (1) one year Field Supervisor experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
