This key team member will have responsibility for multiple locations, including remote employees. To be considered for this position, you should have the ability to:
Work with managers at all locations to implement best practices and business process improvements.
Recruiting and Retention: Create and implement sustainable recruiting strategies and systems.
Support and guide senior Leadership team, managers, and employees regarding Company policies, HR programs administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.
This position is both hands-on/tactical and strategic. Candidates should be comfortable operating at both levels.
Required Skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with, and influence the decision making of management
Accounting experience including ability to reconcile various types of accounts
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to remain flexible in the face of changing market forces and organizational priorities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to comfortably interact in a multi-functional reporting structure with competing interests and priorities
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR, business or business-related field
Multiple years HR experience with concentration in Benefits Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Training and Development.
Working knowledge of ACA, Health and Ancillary Insurance/Benefits, FMLA; Self-funding experience a plus
Experience with management of 401K Plans and 5500 filingsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
