Box Top Advertising (BTA) is a program that was created for local businesses to advertise locally and keep more money in their local economy. BTA's grass roots campaign increases our clients brand awareness and overall business by delivering the highest reach and frequency for the lowest cost available in print advertising. Beginning in Delaware in 2009, BTA has expanded its program to over 26 States and 3 countries.
Our mission is to provide our sales force with the most cost effective, direct marketing program to sell. We also provide a program that delivers the local business owners message directly into the homes of their current and potential customers.
We are seeking a qualified person(s) to develop and maintain an exclusive territory in this local market as an Advertising Consultant.
Job Summary
The Advertising Consultant will conduct the business development, sales and marketing of the BTA program. Once the territory starts to mature, the role becomes more about maintaining relationships with current businesses, and continually selling/renewing as needed.
This is a 'work from home' role. However, you get to spend the majority of your time in the field in a business to business sales environment. The sales cycle of our product is very short, and many sales are made on the first or second visit to the client, typically within the same week. This role is results driven and therefore compensation is strictly commission and a 1099 role.
Commissions are paid weekly. First year earning expectation is $50,000 to $60,000 with room to grow as the territory matures. BTA also offers advancement opportunities for the proven individual.
Duties and Responsibilities
Seek out pizzeria partners to participate in our free marketing program
Sell advertising space to companies in the surrounding businesses community
Be a great communicator
Own and be able to operate a computer and scanner
Set, respect, and hit deadlines
Motivated to build and maintain a long term renewable territory
Experience and Requirements
Minimum 7 Years B2B sales experience
Work from home discipline
Computer, printer, scanner and cell phone as well as competency in their use
Ability to apply 30
hours per week of field effort
