District Sales Manager

Mom365 is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to join the nation's leading provider of in-hospital newborn photography.
In this position, you will hire, train, and supervise a team of part-time Photographers/Sales Representatives. These representatives capture baby's first photograph and sell photo packages, keepsakes, and birth announcements to celebrate the birth of a new child.
The position covers hospital accounts in and around the Longview, TX area. You are expected to regularly visit each hospital and have financial accountability for the on-going sales performance of the hospitals and your staff.
You must enjoy supervising and coaching people, as this is an essential part of your daily expectations. Your sales comprehension and knowledge combined with your problem solving skills are critical to your success.
Your responsibilities include the following.
Efficiently manages staff to produce highest level of customer service, quality product, and sales through efficient scheduling, coaching and counseling.
Produces quality photography within the company parameters.
Develops a positive and professional relationship with key hospital personnel and provides hospital clients with a single resource for problem resolution and customer service satisfaction.
Executes company programs and policies with the hospital accounts and consistently communicates with hospitals to ensure contract requirements are met.
Leads the recruiting, training and development of staff. Assists in implementing programs/solutions to reward and retain highest quality staff.
Identifies and develops internal employees for future management roles by providing job enrichment opportunities.
Analyzes business results (revenue, sales, expenses, productivity) at metropolitan district hospital and employee level to maximize profitability.
Completes all administrative processes in a timely and efficient manner including all employee and hospital documentation and reporting requirements.
District Managers enjoy a home office environment and flexible scheduling.

Job Requirements
Qualifications include:
2 years experience in managing remote/multi-location operations.
2+ years prior supervisory experience which included recruiting, screening, hiring, coaching and counseling, and training responsibilities.
Demonstrated success in selling products/services and in motivating a team to achieve sales goals.
Proven skills in training, organizing, communicating, and building strong professional relationships.
Basic PC Skills
Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Database experience
Ability to learn to assemble / install camera system and basic technical skills for operating digital camera, computer, and printer.
Ability to travel during the week as needed within the district; minimal overnights required.
Ability to perform light lifting and push a 50 lb car from room to room within a hospital.
Compliance with hospital regulations regarding patient privacy, HIPAA, security, sanitation, and infection control.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
