Account Manager


Responsibilities:
Prospecting and developing new client relationships in line with company-identified priorities
Developing and maintaining client relationships to drive increased market share and sales opportunities with Texas Classic Productions' top customers
Achieving assigned sales revenue goals
Maintaining contact with existing clients to obtain more business from them
Helping the management to conduct marketing strategies and campaigns
Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information in the data base
Ensuring clients demand to be satisfied
Receiving and answering calls from clients, answering client questions and ensuring their problems are resolved; conducting follow-up tasks
Providing assistance in managing or maintaining accounts of strategic clients
Informing management of problems, changes or new information in a timely, professional manner
Recommending new products and services to company management
Accurately providing complete billing information to accounting to process payment
Submitting reports and all other required paperwork to management as directed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
